As a math major on the actuarial studies track at the College of Charleston, I have been exposed to a variety of courses in both math and business topics. Relevant courses include Mathematical Statistics, Accounting, Business Finance, Economics, and Risk Management, among others. Additionally, I am currently working toward a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. As a student in the Honors College, I will also be completing undergraduate research before graduation. I have made the Dean's Honors List (Distinguished) twice, as well as the President's Honors List (Highly Distinguished) three times. I have been a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society since September 2016, the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society since February 2018, and the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society since February 2018.

Administrative Coordinator

As the Administrative Coordinator at the consulting firm Knowledge Capital Group I assist on various projects and tasks within the office. My responsibilities include assisting with client deliverables and documents, tracking finances and hours for projects, and aiding in research or data entry tasks.Additionally, I assist with scheduling, maintain inventory, and perform other clerical tasks as necessary.

Women in STEM

In the spring of my freshman year I founded the Women in STEM club on my campus. Our goal is to improve retention rates of women in STEM majors and build a system of support. We do this by holding monthly meetings, hosting guest speakers, and sponsoring events on campus.

As an employee in the College of Charleston Office of Student Affairs, I provide assistance to the office and fill a variety of roles. I often fields comments, questions and concerns from college students, parents, alumni and the wider Charleston community, both in person and over the phone. In addition, I must identify and direct concerns to appropriate departments across campus. I also assist with office paperwork, including disciplinary forms and other confidential materials .

Student Alumni Associates

The College of Charleston Student Alumni Associates (SAA) is one of the most prestigious leadership organizations on campus. SAA members assist with numerous events throughout the year including convocation and commencement as well as fundraising and volunteer work. In March 2018 I was elected treasurer of the organization. The treasurer is required to set the annual budget for the organization and keep financial records.
